Accounts

You are responsible for:

Subscriptions and Billing

Deliberate Trading LLC offers subscription-based services with a 12-month minimum commitment.

Annual Plan

• Billed once upfront for a 12-month term
• Automatically renews annually unless canceled prior to renewal

Monthly Plan

• Billed monthly for a 12-month term
• Requires completion of all 12 monthly payments
• This is not a month-to-month subscription

Your subscription, billing, cancellation, and refund terms are further governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Cancellation and Renewal

You may request cancellation at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current 12-month term.

• Cancellation does not terminate your current commitment
• Cancellation prevents renewal after the current term
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and technology on the platform are owned by Deliberate Trading LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

"Deliberate Trading™" is a trademark of Deliberate Trading LLC.

You may not use our content outside the permitted license.

AI and Automated Features

Our platform may include AI-generated coaching, analysis, or feedback.

• Outputs are provided for educational purposes only
• AI-generated content may contain errors or incomplete information
• Outputs do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or psychological advice
• You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any outputs

Educational Nature of Services

All content is provided for educational purposes only.

We do not provide:

• Personalized financial guidance

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

User Content

If you submit content:

• You retain ownership
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to use and display it
• You represent that it does not violate any laws or rights

We may remove content at our discretion.

We may use third-party providers to deliver services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deliberate Trading LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Indemnification

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations or misuse.

Upon termination:

• Your access ends immediately
• You remain responsible for any outstanding payment obligations

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules.

• Arbitration will take place in Salt Lake County, Utah
• You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action
• Each party will bear its own legal costs unless otherwise required by law

Jurisdiction

For any matters not subject to arbitration, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
